The Cisco Project is adjacent to one of the most significant Helium producing areas twelve miles to the west at the Harley Dome from the Entrada sandstone, in an area known as the Uncompaghre Uplift. Discovered in 1925 on the Uncompahgre uplift, Harley Dome field was designated “Federal Helium Reserve No. 2” by President Franklin Roosevelt in 1934. Located at the junction of the Paradox, Uintah and Piceance basins it includes the Mancos, Dakota, Cedar Mountain, Brushy Basin, Saltwash and Entrada reservoirs. The area has significant shallow oil and gas production as well as Helium potential. Starfox Petroleum in partnership with Running Foxes Petroleum is in the process of initiating a re-pressurization program for three wells to increase oil production nd installing a cryogenic unit that separates the natural gas from Helium . RFP is also permitting a 110-mile 2D seismic program as well as six new tests, two for oil and four for Helium. Drilling is at less than 4,000 feet (1,200 meters). Helium estimation of 1 to 3 BCF based on existing gas flow, July 2020*
